Of late, I've realised that giving directions to other people isn't as simple as it seems. You drive to the same place 5 days a week, yet, you hardly take note of what's present along that route.
So, my question is, where do you work?
I could be vague. I could say I work in Petaling Jaya, off the Old Klang Road, in postcode 46150. I work on the third floor of a commercial area known as Taman Petaling Utama, right behind Wisma Peters.
Okay, so, let's just say I'm stranded at work, and I need someone to come pick me up.
Let's begin.
You're coming from P.J. Get on Jalan Gasing whereby La Salle school P.J. is on your left. Go straight along that road, you would pass Lotus Restaurant on your right, a temple on your left, you would go straight past two sets of lights before you reach a roundabout. Take a left at the roundabout (a 9'oclock) and go straight till you reach a set of lights whereby you'd wanna turn right. After this, gradually keep to your far left, turn left after Caltex. Take the first right after that, go straight till you pass a lake on your right, my office is on the left, above the shop that says 'Sofa City'. It's right before a 1-storey pink parking lot.
Is this simple enough? Hmm.. I do sure hope.
