Fat boy gobbling up his ice kacang at a roadside stall near Sunway Hotel, Georgetown. I'm just watching him eat as I got hit badly by a stomach bug last night. Suffering. Can't eat so many things :-(

Mel, hope you get well soon! BTW.. I know this tummy bug has been going round.. Malaysia AND UK! Strange!!! I remember last year I had it year end too (Xmas time). I hope this year I will be spared. :( Get well real soon!
@tsu lin: Thanks, dear. I was so miserable, it totally ruined my weekend. And being in Penang, every corner you go, you want to stop and eat something. How frustrating :(

Penang is a good haven but I seem to always get sick after eating there :(

Mel, I know you got sick, but Praveen too?? I think it's just overeating, except maybe in your case with the oyster mee. Maybe you guys ate too much - people tend to do that when they visit Penang. Easy solution - just move here. Great food everyday, and you can take your time. Hehe.

@ranga: Yes, two consecutive trips to Penang. So sad.
@kris: Praveen definitely over ate. Fortunately, we had some plastic bags in the car for him to throw up on the journey back - and he was good enough to let me drive. Poor thing!
